I definitely love the process of having students in the class as the experts.  As you pointed out you can see a significant difference in how the classroom operates when the teacher creates an environment where collaboration is the norm.  Christa Flores, on a short webinar last week, used the phrase, "Did you ask 3 before me?" That is a great little phrase to help students become better collaborators.  Thanks for the article!
